By performing a rental analysis, we let you know what you the current market suggests renting your property for. During tenant turnover or lease renewals, we analyze the market again to ensure that you are receiving the highest rent possible. We track lease renewal periods and contact current tenants to find new tenants before any vacancies. As BYU approved Property Managers, we maintain relationships with the Off Campus Housing Department and stay in consistent contact to keep up to date with their standards. 


We handle everything from advertising the property, pre-screening tenants, showing the property, preparing the lease agreement, contracting for repair issues, dealing with lockouts, providing signage, to quarterly inspections of the property. With our user software property owners can be as involved or uninvolved as they want to be. We also have a dedicated contact within Havoya who works as a liaison between owners and tenants should the need arise, or to whom owners can go to at any time with questions.
